How to Cancel an Order?
You can cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet from your account.
- Go to Your Orders.
- Open the order you want to cancel.
- Select Cancel Order and confirm.
If the cancel option isn't available, the order is already being prepared or shipped. You can still refuse it on delivery or request a return once you receive it.
